Bentley Arnage Red Label 2000 Tough Engine Design – Bentley Arnage was launched in 1998 with a BMW V8 engine of 4398 cc. Models are given with green labels but are not called Arnage Green labels. In mid-1998 Bentley belonged to Volkswagen and a comeback of 6750 cc V8 had been planned. Bentley Arnage Red Label 2000 powered by this 6750 cc V8 engine again. This model with 6750 cc V8 is called the Arnage Red label. BMW-engine remains available in addition to the 6750 cc V8 and the 2000 model version with a BMW 4398 cc V8 engine called the Arnage Green label.

Drawing on the Bentley heritage, where different models carry different colors as a background for their radiator badges, this new model is called Bentley Arnage Red Label 2000. Although Arnage is a BMW-engined engine, now called Green Label.

Bentley Arnage Red Label 2000 produces 400 horsepower and 619 pound-feet of torque. It’s 50 hp and 206 lb-ft more than Green Label. According to manufacturer figures, the time of 5.9 seconds 0-to-60 is 0.3 seconds faster and 0-to-100 runs come 0.9 seconds faster, but in the road test the Bentley Arnage Red Label 2000 BMW-engined takes 7,4 seconds to reach 60 mph. The maximum speed, limited electronically, increases from 150 to 155 mph. Average fuel consumption is significantly higher.
