SsangYong XLV 2016 Mini SUV Version With Longer Body – SsangYong has expanded the Tivoli family by offering a longer version of the SUV. Called SsangYong XLV which has a longer body, a more spacious interior, and enhanced practicality that allows it to compete with larger crossovers. Ssangyong XLV was first published in 2016. At that time, autonomous emergency braking was sold as an option, as part of a security package, and Euro NCAP published two ratings: one with only standard equipment and one with a safety package.
SsangYong chose to make some changes to the front as well, where the new bumper sets SsangYong XLV 2016 apart from Tivoli. Instead of inserting like a normal body, sport bumper black inserts with dark gray edges. Also, foglamps have a chrome lining. Finally, SsangYong XLV receives longer and larger rails allowing larger objects to be carried on the roof. SsangYong XLV 2016 has a longer 235mm body. All extra millimeters of the car has been grafted behind a C-pillar, with the cargo space at boot upgraded to 720 liters, possibly with the rear seats.
SsangYong XLV 2016 will be powered by a 1.6 liter petrol and turbo-diesel engine that is the same as a regular Tivoli SUV, and can be paired with six-speed manual or six-speed automatic. SsangYong XLV 2016 will be available in Europe in front and all-drive trim.
SsangYong XLV 2016 with the basic version of the equipment has a 1.6 liter petrol engine with a power output of 128 hp, moving the front wheels. Diesel of the same size reaches 115 hp and also combined with two wheel drive
The main interior feature that distinguishes SsangYong XLV 2016 from Tivoli standard is the expanded load capacity. The enlarged bar now offers 25.4 cubic feet of space, a 10.5-foot cubic increase over the regular crossover. In addition, SsangYong XLV 2016 is almost identical to its shorter cousin.
